We are a working farm, therefore some days we are open you may see us harvesting the lavender by hand for collecting bunches to be dried or see us using our tractor and lavender harvester to collect the lavender to be distilled.

Harvesting for essential oil of the 2 varieties will be done towards the end of August. We will hand harvest the outside rows at peak bloom for our dried lavender bunches.
